Membership

Learn about membership levels, benefits, and how to join.

The Sacramento Valley Shooting Center is open to the public — no membership required to shoot on our public ranges. But membership in the Folsom Shooting Club unlocks the full potential of the facility: access to member-only ranges, discounted range and match fees, the ability to reserve ranges and bring guests, and pro shop discounts. Beyond the perks, membership puts you in the middle of an active shooting community — over 30 clubs and disciplines operate on-site, with regular matches, leagues, and events running throughout the year. Whether you’re a competitive shooter, a weekend plinker, or somewhere in between, there’s a place for you here.

Membership Levels

The two primary membership classes are the Non-Voting Member and Voting Member. The first step to membership is to become a Non-Voting Member. Only a Non-Voting Member may become eligible to apply to become a Voting Member. Members of a Voting or Non-Voting member’s immediate family may be associate and/or junior members at no additional cost. Voting members have access to all 12 FSC ranges (with applicable orientation), may vote on FSC matters, and have additional benefits. Non-Voting members may not vote on FSC matters, and may use the public ranges but not the competition ranges unless in the company of a Voting Member, or as a participant in a match or similar event that is open to the public.
